1. Seller

RoviqPrint is operated by Roviq, SASU, registered as 109 584 524 R.C.S. Paris on 14 September 2026. SIRET: 10958452400010. Share capital: €1. Registered office: 45 Avenue des Peupliers, 75016 Paris, France. Contact: support@roviqprint.com.

2. Orders

You place an order by adding products to your bag and completing checkout with payment. A sales contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment. Product listings are proposed made-to-order specifications with illustrative renders; if we cannot fulfil an order as confirmed, we contact you and refund the payment.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR at checkout together with the delivery cost before you pay. The total payable, including applicable taxes and charges, is the amount confirmed at checkout. Custom changes, finishing or assembly beyond the listed specification may be agreed and priced separately in writing.

4. Customer files

Customers must have the rights to use submitted files and must disclose intended applications. We may decline infringing, illegal, unsafe or infeasible work. No safety-critical, medical, food-contact or electrical suitability is implied by the catalogue.

5. Production & delivery

All production is carried out in our own studio at our registered address in Paris, where our printers are located; finished objects are dispatched from that address. Material, dimensions, tolerance, finish, quantity, production period and delivery destination must be agreed in writing. Visible layer lines may be inherent to the chosen process. See Shipping & production for further information.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider, Mollie B.V. You pay at checkout through Mollie using iDEAL, Bancontact, Pay by Bank or card (Visa/Mastercard); Mollie processes the transaction and transfers the funds to our account, and we never see your bank credentials. The total is confirmed at checkout before any payment is requested.

7. Withdrawal & statutory rights

For standard goods, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. Personalised products and service work may qualify for specific legal exceptions. See Returns & refunds. Statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.

8. Complaints & governing law

Contact support@roviqprint.com first. French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of residence. Consumer mediator details must be confirmed before commercial launch; no affiliation is currently claimed.
