Made to order
The collection consists of proposed made-to-order objects, not in-stock goods. Production begins after your order is placed and paid at checkout.
Where we produce
Our 3D printers and production setup are located at our registered address, 45 Avenue des Peupliers, 75016 Paris, France. Every object in the collection is printed, finished and quality-checked in our own studio before dispatch.
Delivery destinations
We deliver throughout Europe, to every European Union member state. Choose your country at checkout; the delivery cost for your destination is shown before you pay. Delivery to other European destinations outside the EU can be discussed by email and is subject to written confirmation.
Delivery costs
Delivery to Latvia costs €7.95 and is free for orders over €100. Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium costs €9.95 and is free for orders over €150. Delivery to all other EU countries costs €12.95 and is free for orders over €200. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment. Oversized or delicate models may require specialist packing agreed in writing.
Timing & tracking
Production and transit times depend on geometry, material, finish and destination. We do not promise same-day dispatch. An estimated schedule and available tracking arrangements will be agreed for each accepted order.
Damage & missing parcels
Contact support@roviqprint.com with your order reference and photographs of any damage. Prompt reporting helps a carrier investigation but does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Dispatch & returns address
Because production takes place at our registered address, 45 Avenue des Peupliers, 75016 Paris, France, orders are dispatched from there. Written dispatch and return instructions are supplied with each accepted order.
