Enquiries & project files
We process the contact information, project descriptions and files you choose to send by email to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations. The enquiry form prepares an email locally and does not upload design files to this website.
Lawful bases
Enquiry and contract handling relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Accounting obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Security and proportionate business administration may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Marketing requires a valid legal basis and an appropriate opt-out.
Payments
Orders are paid at checkout through our payment service provider, Mollie B.V. Mollie handles your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (mollie.com); we receive confirmation that the payment has been made, but never your bank credentials.
Website storage
The shopping bag is stored locally in your browser. At checkout we process the contact and delivery details you enter to fulfil your order. Hosting may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and website delivery. Payment details are entered only on Mollie's secure payment pages, not on this website.
Recipients & transfers
Data may be handled by hosting, email and payment providers, agreed production or delivery providers, professional advisers and competent authorities as required. Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable GDPR safeguard; processor arrangements must be checked before commercial launch.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. If orders are accepted, French accounting records generally require ten-year retention. Other legal retention periods may apply to specific records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where applicable. Contact support@roviqprint.com. You may complain to the French supervisory authority CNIL at cnil.fr or your local supervisory authority.
Security
We use HTTPS and limit access to information needed for project handling. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in design files or email.
