Returns & refunds

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Standard goods

Consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from a distance contract for non-personalised goods. Made-to-order production alone does not automatically remove this right.

Personalised goods

The withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, under applicable French and EU law. Any relevant exception will be identified before you place an order.

Service projects

For services started during the withdrawal period, express consent is required. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires the legally required prior agreement and acknowledgement.

How to withdraw

Email support@roviqprint.com with your name, address, order number, goods concerned, order date and delivery date, together with a clear statement that you withdraw. Request return instructions before sending a parcel.

Returning goods

Return goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Goods are dispatched from our registered address in Paris, where production takes place; the written return instructions supplied with your order confirm the return address. You pay direct return costs unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, or otherwise agreed. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Refunds

Where withdrawal applies, refunds include the standard outbound delivery cost and are due within 14 days of notice. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are returned through the same payment channel used for the order, which is processed by our payment service provider Mollie, unless otherwise agreed without cost.

Faults & conformity

Personalisation does not remove statutory conformity rights. French consumer law provides a legal guarantee of conformity for qualifying goods, generally for two years from delivery. Contact us regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
